I am a big fan of feta. I mean HUGE! Whether it’s in my Roasted Zucchini with Feta, Easy Greek Chicken Skillet, Israeli Couscous Salad with Apple, or my Winter Kale Salad, I can usually find some way to incorporate feta in most of my recipes.
I have never had feta as the star of the show, however. This Whipped Feta Dip with Honey is my new favorite way to utilize the cheese. I mean honestly, who can resist a creamy cheese dip?

- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
- Optional garnish items: cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, chopped pistachios
**Because feta is naturally very salty, the honey adds a much needed sweet component. Feel free to add more or less, depending on your preference.

In a food processor, blend together the feta, cream cheese, olive oil and thyme until smooth and creamy.
Spread the mixture into a serving dish and drizzle with honey. If desired, garnish with red pepper flakes, black pepper and chopped pistachios.
Serve with your favorite pita chips, naan bread, or fresh veggies. ENJOY!

Whipped Feta Dip with Honey
Ingredients
- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
