You’ll Love February’s Recipe of the Month: Grain-Free Tahini Brownies (Best Brownies I’ve Ever Eaten!) I really mean it when I say these are the BEST brownies I’ve ever eaten.

We have many different ways you can customize these brownies to truly make them your own. Check them out below and of course read through the recipe blog post yourself for all the tips you need.

  • For the tahini: a natural, dripping almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter should work, but tahini is your best bet! We do not recommend using peanut butter as it becomes too dry.
  • For the coconut sugar: You can use brown sugar instead. Learn how to make your own here! I actually prefer to use brown sugar in this recipe for a more fiddly brownie!
  • Make Dairy Free: Be sure to use dairy-free chocolate chips like this brand.
  • To make vegan: Use two flax eggs instead of the regular eggs. Learn how to make flaxseed eggs here!

This is how the recipe of the month works

  1. The recipe: On the first Wednesday of every month, we share a favorite Ambitious Kitchen recipe to make that month. You have all month to prepare the recipe!
  2. The giveaway: If you make the recipe (anytime of the month!), you have two Multiple ways to enter to win a $100 Target Gift Card. We will randomly select a winner at the end of the month. Below are two ways to share! US & Canada only.

If you make the recipe, there is two different ways to share your creation with us and enter to win a $100 Target gift card (US and Canada only):

1. on the blog: Leave a comment and Rate the recipe here with the hashtag #AKRecipeoftheMonth, as well as your name and email address (so we know you made it!) On the blog, scroll all the way past the recipe until it says ‘Leave a comment and a rating’. Boom!

2. On Social Media: Share a photo of your recipe creation on social media via Instagram (Stories or In-Feed), TikTok or in our Facebook group by tagging @ambitiouskitchen and adding the hashtag #AKRecipeoftheMonth. *Please note that your Instagram profile must be public for us to see your posts.

  • Monday, February 27: the last day to submit your recipe photos on social media and blog.
  • Tuesday, February 28: Sweepstakes winners selected, notified by email and shared on social media.
  • Wednesday, March 1st: March Dinner Party Recipe Announced!
