We’ve had nothing but stellar experiences at Watershed Bar & Kitchen, Watershed Distillery’s dining group, and it recently gave us one more reason to visit: a great new happy hour every weekday!

Watershed’s new happy hour runs from 5-6pm Monday through Thursday and 4-6pm on Friday. It is available at the bar and standing bar, so space is limited.
Their happy hour offers 1/2 off all cocktails, appetizers and shareables (level 1 on their menu). It’s a pretty stellar food and drink offering.

Watershed’s cocktail program is consistently one of the best in town, both in design and execution. Flipping through their menus is like viewing a work of art: they’re always a lot of fun. Check out their latest menu, A World Tour.
We tried Ikigai and the Octuple Sender. The Way of Eights (right) uses Watershed bourbon, lemon and lime, house grenadine, simple syrup, beaten egg white and a fresh curry leaf.

The Ikigai combines brown butter-washed Watershed bourbon, Japanese whiskey, amontillado sherry, salted maple syrup, plum wine and coffee-infused bitters.

We recommend that you make an appointment so that you can taste more dishes. Hush puppies are delicious, made with crispy corn, chilies and onions, and served with a herbed cream.

Even the house-made bread and spread is wonderfully made: baked with a bourbon mash grain blend and served with honey butter and an olive preserve.

The colorful beet salad combines a couple of beets, ricotta, granola and seasonal greens with a sherry vinaigrette.

Crispy fried brussels sprouts are topped with a lemon-mint black pepper honey.
And there’s more to try, from candied wings to crispy fries (a local favorite) and a complex pumpkin dish.
We know we’ll be back for this happy hour deal! Try it from 5pm to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 4pm to 6pm on Friday at the bar and standing bar.
