Recipe: Roast Beef with Creamy Horseradish Chive Sauce

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp each salt and pepper

Creamy horseradish chive sauce

  • 1 Cup Breakstone’s sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • .6 oz box of chives chop finely

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven.

  • Salt the beef, then pat dry with a paper towel.
