Recipe: Spicy Egg Salad
Egg salad with a little spice!
Ingredients
- 8th Eggs, hard boiled and chilled
- 3-4 tablespoon Mayo (or more if you want it creamier)
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce (or more if you like it spicier)
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pita chips for serving

In a mixing bowl, beat the hard-boiled eggs with a mixer or forks.

Cream together the mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish sauce. Gently stir in the chopped spring onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve Zesty Egg Salad on pita chips.
