½ cup boiling water

- For pudding, preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, pulse oats until a dough texture is achieved. In a bowl, combine the oat flour with the cocoa powder, coconut sugar and salt.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and stir in the maple syrup and oat milk. Remove from heat, pour in dry ingredients, and mix gently.
- In an ovenproof baking dish, pour the batter and set aside.
- For the sauce, in a medium bowl, combine the coconut sugar and cacao powder and sprinkle over the batter in the baking dish. Pour boiling water over the top and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
