Vegan Copycat Wendy’s Chocolate Frosty

1 (13.5-ounce) full-fat coconut milk
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the chocolate soft serve:
2 cups vegan chocolate milk
1 (13.5-ounce) full-fat coconut milk, chilled
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

what do you do:

  1. For the sweetened condensed milk, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, add all ingredients. Boil and reduce until half a cup remains. Store in a jar in the fridge. Milk will thicken only when it is cold.
  2. For chocolate soft serve, pour chocolate milk into an ice cube tray and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. In a high-speed blender, add sweetened condensed milk, milk cubes, cream scooped from the top of a can of coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
