Valentine’s Day, also called Saint Valentine’s Day or Saint Valentine’s Feast, is celebrated on February 14 every year. And, with flowers and love spreading around the world, it’s time to celebrate with Valentine’s Day recipes. Unfortunately, since being plant-based, most restaurants where we live have set menus that don’t cater to plant-based eating.
Even vegan restaurants in our area serve a set menu, Expensive and limited choice. So, I created my own vegan Valentine’s Day recipe and brought the romance home with food.
