Anyone else love to start the day with a healthy and high protein smoothie?! Even in the dead of winter I still love a good smoothie in the morning. And this one is just the perfect combination of fruit, protein, and milk that makes you want to make it every morning.

How to make a triple berry smoothie
It actually only takes 5 minutes to prepare this smoothie. And you probably already have most (if not all) of the five ingredients you need on hand in your kitchen:
What you need
- frozen mixed or triple berries (most grocery stores have a selection of these already packaged in the freezer). do you have fresh berries Learn how to freeze berries.
- frozen banana

And all you have to do is mix these ingredients together in your high speed blender and blend until smooth. So easy. So delicious.

Prepare your meals with smoothie ice cubes!
While we’ve already made smoothies in a meal prep bag, we have one more idea for you -> smoothie ice cubes!
- Prepare the smoothie as directed.
- Then transfer the smoothie to a reusable ice cube tray and freeze for at least 12 hours or overnight.
- When you’re ready for a smoothie, take out a few cubes and blend them with milk, juice, or water.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups frozen triple berry mix
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1/2 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
instructions

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.

Blend on high until you get a smooth paste. If needed, add more almond milk to thin the batter or more frozen beer rice to thicken it.

- You can add more almond milk per ΒΌ cup depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothies.
