Well, the first week on the meal planning train went great. In fact, once last week Anna said, “What is that magical book that means home cooked meals every night?” It was so cute! So far I am completely loving The ultimate meal prep cookbook. (Thanks, Bonnie!) Although this week it’s a mix of her recipes and my own – I want to minimize the time I have to spend at the stove thanks to another warm week of warm weather!
