Jaume Capellà
Although he started out as a server and line cook at his family’s restaurant in 2001 at Churrasco Villa, James Cappellano, MBA, quickly developed a passion for starting, growing and operating his own businesses. His experience includes managing luxury and hospitality properties in the Middle East, owning and operating his own successful wellness and coaching brands, and excelling in his MBA where he focused on marketing and management. James was instrumental in the opening of Boom Breakfast & Co. at College St. in Toronto, followed by more locations on Eglinton Ave. (2008) and Vaughan (2013). He currently plays a key role in the restaurants’ day-to-day success and still enjoys chatting with customers and helping out wherever they need it.
