Strawberry Popsicle

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions

In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt and honey.1 cup strawberries, 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey

Blend until smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour into a popsicle mold and add popsicle sticks.

Freeze for at least 4 hours.

To remove, fill a large bowl with warm water. Place popsicle mold in warm water for 30-45 seconds. Remove from water and pull popsicles straight up out of mold using stick.
