How to cook fried chicken franks
1. Boil the onion and garlic
- Heat Oil – You must first add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan. Then turn on your heater so the oil can get hot. If this is the case, you can now add 3 cloves of garlic that you have chopped and 1 onion that you have cut into rings.
- Sauté the ingredients – Now just cook the garlic and onion together until the latter softens.
2. Integrate the chicken franks
- Cooking the Meat – Let’s go ahead and add our 10 CDO Chicken Franks, all cut in half. We’re going to sauté this too, but for 1 minute.
3. Fine grinding for seasoning

- Pour in ketchup and oyster sauce – Take 3 tablespoons of banana ketchup and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and add to your pan. Then stir everything together until you have evenly distributed the sauces. Continue cooking your chicken franks for 1 minute more.
