Like many people, I first started eating hot mayo at restaurants, but I’ve been making my own at home for years. It’s just too good to save when you go out to eat, and it’s also super easy to make! My recipe calls for four basic ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry: mayo, sriracha, lime juice, and a little toasted sesame oil. It only takes a minute or two to blend.
