Ingredients for Spicy Garlic Shrimp

  • Garlic: Fresh garlic gives the shrimp a delicious flavor.
  • Gochujang sauce: a Korean chili paste that gives the shrimp a wonderfully salty, spicy umami taste.
  • rice vinegar: adds acidity to the marinade for a deeper flavor profile.
  • Sesame oil: gives the marinade a nutty, earthy taste.
  • Honey: adds just the right amount of sweetness to balance out the spicier notes.
