Ingredients
For the filling
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the crumble
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- 2 tbsp macadamias
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp butter or coconut oil for dairy free
Serve
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for non-dairy
method
Preheat oven to 180°C or 350°F.
Mix all the ingredients for the crumbles in a food processor or blender. Add a small pinch of sea salt. Blitz until the mixture comes together, you want to leave a few small pieces of macadamia to add some texture.
Place the mixed berries in a small ovenproof dish. Add cinnamon and vanilla and stir. Squeeze the crumble onto the berries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve with a dollop of your favorite yogurt.
