How to prepare delicious grilled vegetables
PREPARE THE GRILL
Preheat the grill to around 200°C. Make sure your grill is clean
SEASONAL VEGETABLES
After all the vegetables are prepared, Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and massage the spices into the vegetables. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
MAKE THE DRESS
Next, mix together all of the ingredients for the dressing, then set aside for later.
GRILL VEGETABLES
Transfer all the vegetables to the grill over direct heat. Grill all the vegetables for 8 minutes.
Return to the grill and turn the veggies for another 5-8 minutes. Some veggies may be ready in 8 minutes depending on how charred you like your veggies.
