Ingredients:

6 chicken thighs
2 slices of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of coriander
1 tbsp rice wine
1/2 can sea asparagus, optional
5 pieces straw mushrooms
1 piece Dang Shen 党参
4-5 pieces Yu Zhu 玉竹
1-2 pieces of Dang Gui 当归
1 tbsp wolfberries
1 bottle of chicken essence
A little salt to taste if needed
Marinade:
1 tsp cornmeal
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt

2. Add rice wine and the rest of the ingredients except wolfberries and chicken essence. Add some hot water (enough to cover the ingredients), bring to a boil.
3. When the chicken is cooked, add the wolfberries and season with salt if needed. Stir in chicken essence, garnish with coriander and serve warm.
