- 4 4 oz. salmon fillets
- lemon juice drizzles
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. bag baby carrots
- 1 lb. asparagus spears ends snapped off
- olive oil drizzles
- seasoning salt dusting

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.

Place the salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet. Add a few drizzles of lemon juice to each fillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
