This Rotisserie Chicken Tacos with Hot Honey are unique and so delicious. It’s an explosion of powerful flavor in every bite. But don’t get me wrong, it’s also the easiest recipe you can find! Made with store-bought rotisserie chicken, most of the cooking is already done for you.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
I used flour tortillas here, but this recipe would work perfectly with corn tortillas, lettuce wraps, or on top of nachos.
- small flour tortillas
- 1 fried chicken
- desired amount of my homemade hot honey (or store bought)
- 15oz can of corn
- fresh jalapeños
- 8.5 ounces coleslaw mix (dressing discarded)
- ½ cup mayonnaise of your choice
- ½ small white onion – chopped
- ½ cup cilantro – chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Pinch of salt & pepper

HOW DO I MAKE HOT HONEY ROTISSERIE CHICKEN TACOS?
Begin by preparing the creamy coleslaw: In a bowl, combine the coleslaw, mayonnaise, chopped white onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well so everything is evenly coated. Set aside for now.

Next, shred desired amount of fried chicken. Open the canned corn and let drain. Chop 1-2 fresh jalapenos.
To make the tacos, grab your favorite tortillas and layer them with shredded chicken, creamy coleslaw, corn, fresh jalapenos, and a dash of hot honey.
