1 1/2 lb salmon fillet, cut into 6 equal pieces
2 cups organic red grapes
1 large onion, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped basil leaves
