WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?

- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh jalapeno

HOW DO I MAKE RED CABBAGE SLAW?
In a large bowl combine the cabbage, carrots, red onion, cilantro and fresh jalapeño.

Add the olive oil, sugar, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper. Toss well, making sure everything is evenly coated.
