Why Make Mini Monster Energy Balls?
Ever feel like just having a snack all the time? Now these are the perfect little poppable pieces!
Most energy balls require 2 or 3 bites, but these can be eaten in one go!
Need another reason to make these mini monster energy balls? After lunch sweet tooth. I need Just a little treat after lunch. These bites are small enough to satisfy that sweet craving without having to commit to a larger treat!
Ingredients for Monster Energy Balls
These Energy Balls only require 5 ingredients! And guess what? You probably already have most of these in your pantry!
Peanut butter: Use a creamier and thicker peanut butter. I used classic creamy jif!
Mini M&Ms: Use the mini variant. If you use the normal variant, these are too big for the mini energy balls!
Mini Chocolate Chips: For the reason mentioned above, use the mini variant!
Oatmeal: Use a quick variety of oats. This can create the energy balls softer than if you would use old-fashioned.
Honey: This sweetens the energy balls and helps hold everything together. I used Nate’s honey!

How to craft Monster Energy Balls
To prepare this recipe is simply! The only kitchen utensils you will need are a medium bowl, mini cookie spoon and large spoon!
Simply add all of the ingredients to your medium bowl and mix together with your large spoon.
Using your mini dough spoon, take a portion of the mixture in your hands. Roll it between your palms until it forms a nice, round ball.
Place in your airtight container, on a plate, or straight into your mouth!
