Take 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and pour it into a saucepan. apply heat. Once the oil is hot, you can add 1 chopped onion and 4 cloves of crushed garlic. These two simple ingredients can do wonders when it comes to adding some flavor to your dish.

If your onion is soft, you should add 2 pounds. from pork belly. Fry this together with the remaining ingredients in the pot. Keep doing this until the outside of the pork turns a light brown color.

Of course, we still need the help of other spices to make the pork taste really irresistible. Simply add 1 tablespoon of Knorr Liquid Seasoning, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 cups of water to the pan. Let it boil and then put the lid on it. Turn the heat down to low and let it cook until the pork is perfectly tender. If the mixture starts to dry, feel free to add more water. After that we can also add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper and 1 orange pepper. Continue cooking for 3 minutes.

In a separate container, combine 1½ teaspoons of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of water. Mix these together well and then add the mixture to the saucepan. Then, when your sauce is nice and thick, all you have to do is sprinkle some salt and ground black pepper on top. Add as much as you like.

Recipe for pork belly with pepper

Pork stew with peppers and garlic java rice

Preparation: 10 protocol

  • Heat cooking oil in a saucepan.
