- 1 Pears
- 2 spoon Cranberries, dried
- 1 the paw Arugula/Rocket
dressing
- ⅛ the cup Orange juice (½ orange)
- 1 spoon Flavored vinegar
- 1 spoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Test for salt and pepper

prepare Quinoa According to package instructions. Fry in a pan halloumi Cook on medium heat until crisp. No need for oil.½ cup quinoa, 3.5 oz halloumi
