A sweet and salty snack you’ll make again and again – nothing quite appealing or delicious than peanut butter drizzled popcorn.

Drizzle peanut butter onto peanut butter-dripped popcorn.

Movie night from the comfort of home is an easy and fun activity for my family, especially during the colder months when spending time outdoors is more difficult. This peanut butter drizzled popcorn is my go-to snack when I’m in the mood for something sweet and adds some extra fun to movie or game night! Sweet, salty, crunchy goodness in every bite – you’ll be licking your fingers by the time you reach the bottom of the bowl.

ingredients

  • popcorn kernels: While you could use unflavored microwave popcorn, I’d recommend popping the kernels on the stovetop or in a popcorn popper! Yellow or white popcorn will do.
  • Peanut butter: A perfect balance of nutty, sweet and salty flavors while being a great source of protein.
  • Salt: Enhances the flavors of peanut butter and popcorn.

Frequently asked Questions:

What toppings can you put on popcorn?

How do I add melted butter to popcorn without making it soggy?

Use clarified butter or ghee as it contains less water than regular butter!

How would I do this with microwave popcorn?

Simply microwave according to directions, then empty into a bowl and drizzle as above. I would recommend using only lightly salted or unflavored microwave popcorn.
