What you need

This peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake has 3 different layers. Yes, with every bite you get three bites of flavor. What you need:

Graham cracker layer

Layer of cottage cheese (cake).

  • cottage cheese
  • Honey
  • peanut butter

chocolate layer

  • Dark chocolate
  • coconut oil

How to make Peanut Butter Protein Cheesecake Cups

Prepare the graham cracker crust

Place graham crackers and butter in a high-speed food processor and process on high until mixture forms crumbles.

In a muffin tin fitted with muffin liners, place 2 heaping tablespoons of the graham cracker crumbs into each muffin liner. Press the crumbles into the molds with a spoon.

Bake the graham cracker crust at 350°F for 5 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and let the crust cool.

Prepare the chocolate layer

Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high in 20-second increments. Stir in between until the chocolate is completely melted.

Scoop 2 heaping teaspoons of the melted chocolate onto the graham cracker crust. Spread evenly over the crust and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Prepare the peanut butter layer

Place the cottage cheese, peanut butter, and honey in a high speed food processor and process on high until you have a thick, creamy consistency with no lumps.

Place 1.5-2 heaping tablespoons of the cottage cheese mixture onto the chocolate layer and spread the layer evenly. Top with mini chocolate chips and salt flakes.

Freeze and enjoy!

Place the mold in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours to set. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
