My family loves meatballs! Beef, turkey, chicken… they love all kinds. However, this new Oven Baked Chicken Meatballs recipe is our new favorite. It’s incredibly easy to make and gives you wonderfully tender, filling, and flavorful homemade meatballs every time!
Not only are they delicious as is, but they’re perfect for all your meatball recipes and easy to freeze for future use.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED FOR OVEN CHICKEN MEATBALLS?
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese – grated
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Table spoons of milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
HOW DO I MAKE OVEN BAKED CHICKEN MEATBALLS?
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
STEP 2: Line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack.
STEP 3: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Don’t overwork the meat. Simply mix the ingredients together until just combined.
STEP 4: Form small balls with your hands and place on a wire rack. Spray or brush the tops of the meatballs with a small amount of oil. This creates a nice golden brown crust on each of the meatballs.
STEP 5: Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
