As you can tell from the title, Cool Whip is one of the key ingredients in this recipe. In addition, you only need a few other items!

I recommend you to buy an Oreo crust. It’s very possible to make your own, but they usually cost around $3 and a lot less work!

How to make Chocolate Cake with Cool Whip

Making this no-bake cake is both simply and precious! With just a few turns of the whisk, you can impress any group of people.

To start, simply crush 7 Oreos. I put them in an almost closed bag and hit them with a rolling pin. If you have a better way to do this, let me know in the comments below! That’s always a mess!

Next, use a hand mixer to combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl.

Then add everything to your Oreo crust. Place in the freezer (about 2 hours). Ta-da! You have an Oreo Chocolate Pie with Cool Whip. Simple, light and delicious!

Oreo Chocolate Cake with Cool Whip

instructions

  1. In a ziplock bag, add your Oreos. (I used 7 but you can add more if you want!). Crush the Oreos as best as you can.

  2. In a medium bowl, add Cool Whip, cream cheese, Jell-O, and shredded Oreos. Use an electric mixer to combine well.

  3. Add the mixture to your Oreo crust (store bought). Flatten and cover. Add more Oreos if desired. Freeze for about 2 hours.
