Japanese Melon Skillet is one of our favorite breads that I often bake at home, with different flavors like Strawberry Melon Skillet, Matcha Melon Skillet, Original and Melon Flavored Melon Skillet. This time I made a caramel filled pumpkin and melon skillet shaped into pumpkins and a little bear that’s too cute to scare! 😛 Happy Halloween!

Toppings for the melon pan:

80 g cake flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp pumpkin powder

25 grams of salted butter

30 grams of powdered sugar

25g egg

Some powdered sugar
