Join the Love & Lemons Cooking Club Challenge this month! Participation is easy and one lucky winner will receive a prize. Below you will find all the details.
Our Cooking Club is a fun way to celebrate the Love & Lemons reader community. The concept is super simple – I choose a recipe every month. You can do it and email me a photo. At the end of the month, I will randomly select a winner who will receive a prize.
I love the sense of community that comes when so many people cook a recipe each month. We’re starting our May Challenge today with our pasta primavera recipe and I hope you’ll join us. This is how it works:

This easy pasta is one of my favorite May recipes. It’s chock-full of the spring and early summer produce that just turned up at the farmer’s market — asparagus, peas, cherry tomatoes, and squash — and flavored with fresh herbs to boot. You can make the whole thing in about 30 minutes, so it’s perfect for those spring nights when you’d rather be outside than in the kitchen. I think you will love it!
To make this recipe vegan, leave out the cheese. Before serving, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle generously with my vegan parmesan.
To make it gluten freeSub your favorite gluten-free pasta.

recipe from last month
Instead of cooking from the blog last month, we made a recipe out of it Easy comfort food! It was the green tahini lentil salad topped with colorful spring greens and a creamy herb flecked dressing.
The best part about this recipe is that you can change up the dressing depending on the herbs you have on hand. It was so much fun hearing what combinations you used! Thank you for celebrating the release of the new book with me.
Here are all your photos:
And congratulations to our winners, Sharece and Molly!
