When buying organic whole milk yoghurt from grass-fed, unhomogenized organic products in the store, there is a tricky labeling to consider.

I recently bought a container of unhomogenized organic grass-fed whole milk yogurt when I ran out of my homemade 24-hour yogurt.
I was totally cheated!
Check out what brands are now doing with supposedly “whole milk” yogurt.
This stuff is actually low in fat!
Given that low-fat yogurt is unhealthy, especially for pregnant women, this is a serious issue consumers need to be aware of.
They water down the whole milk with non-fat milk, but still call it “whole milk” yogurt on the front of the label.
The nutritional information and ingredient labels on the front of the container give the deception away.
Attention buyers. The deterioration of our food supply continues with no end in sight and that includes organic brands.
Be vigilant and check labels even on brands you’ve been buying for years.
Inflation and supply chain pressure are making food cheaper at a rapid pace.
