Notes on the ingredients
- strawberries: You can use fresh or frozen strawberries. Using frozen fruit results in a thick and creamy smoothie. So if you use fresh strawberries you can add some ice
- kiwiNote: Be sure to use ripe kiwis. When unripe, they are hard and very tart. Either green kiwis or golden kiwis are fine.
- Plain Greek yogurt: Full-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt are great for a creamy texture. Greek yogurt is thicker and creamier, contains less sugar and more protein than regular or non-fat yogurt.
- milk: The original tropical smoothie with kiwi quencher doesn’t have milk in it, but our home blenders aren’t as powerful and need some liquid to back them up. Use any milk you like: almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, or even whole milk.

How to make a kiwi and strawberry smoothie
It couldn’t be easier to make! Just put everything in the blender and blend for about a minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

- Freeze: Smoothies are great for meal prep. Make a few different combinations and package them in individual servings in a freezer-safe bag or container. When you’re ready to use it, let it sit in the fridge overnight and your smoothie will still be frosty and ready to drink in the morning.
