Air dry for perfect noodles
Kinjabang Noodles says its mission is to create the perfect plant-based noodle dish by combining taste and convenience, and differs from standard noodle products because of its process; Instead of being deep-fried, the noodles are air-dried using a proprietary 18-hour process to maintain freshness.
