WGC Cooking Club June 2023 starts today! If you haven’t attended in the last few months – here’s the gist. The WGC Cooking Club is a fun way to bring everyone together virtually. This is how it works:
- Every month I choose a seasonal What’s Gaby cooking recipe! Something tasty and simple.
- All you have to do is prepare the specific recipe anytime during the month, snap a picture of it and email it to me at mail@whatsgabycooking by 11:59pm on the last day of the month with the subject line #WGCCookingClub .com to send . For this month, the deadline is June 30 at 11:59 p.m.!
- By sending your picture to [email protected], enter a prize draw. We’re giving away this month two of my favorite dishes, Maldon Sea Salt and a Le Creuset Braiser! To get a bonus entry, post your photo to your Instagram feed (must be public so I can find it) and tag @whatsgabycookin in the photo and in the caption and tag it with the hashtag #WGCCookingClub.
- At the end of each month we’ll announce a random winner and share all your photos on social media! Anyone who uses them as an additional entry can also view the posts on Instagram.

What better way to start summer than with a simple Greek pasta salad?! It’s an almost no-cook recipe, and all it takes is a simple Greek vinaigrette. From there, all you need is pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, Castelvetrano olives, red onions, and feta to go with it. It’s colorful and refreshing and comes together in a snap. And the best part is that I can always keep this Greek pasta salad in my fridge so I can make lunch and dinner without much fuss! At the end of the day it’s just a fun excuse to get us all cooking together 🙂 Because COMMUNITY… my favorite part of this beautiful world of What’s Gaby Cooking!
