ISH Company and Dot Foods Enter Agreement to Bring Plant-Based Shrimp to US Food Service

The company’s flagship product is Shrimpish, a realistic plant-based shrimp alternative made with ingredients like green coconut, konjac and soy protein. ISH says shrimp is the most popular seafood in the U.S., but is responsible for four times more greenhouse gas emissions than beef.
