Honey Cup Coffee Co. started as a trailer parked at the corner of Hudson and Summit in the summer of 2021, but a few months ago they moved indoors to The Rambling House on lower Hudson.
In addition to its homemade refreshments, Rambling House is known as an intimate music venue, hosting concerts most Wednesdays through Sundays.
So Honey Cup is the perfect daytime tenant. With Brioso Coffee they prepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, matcha.
You will also find a seasonal rotating menu. With the colder weather they have become rich and spicy drinks.
I can attest to the quality of the espresso.
And the miel latte, also known as a honey latte, is the perfect winter warm-up.
With plenty of open space, Rambling House is ideal for studying, working and hanging out.
Find Honey Cup from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekends.
