Homemade Catalina Dressing – Simply Scratch

A quick and easy recipe for homemade Catalina dressing. Simply add the ingredients to a food processor and you’ll have a delicious sweet and tangy dressing in minutes. The recipe makes 1¾ cups.

Homemade Catalina Dressing

As you know, I love making homemade dressings.

And it has been my mission for the past 13 years to create delicious, homemade dressings from scratch. It’s been a passion project of mine ever since I found out that high fructose corn syrup is in almost every store-bought salad dressing. If I can’t pronounce the ingredients in the ingredient list, I don’t want to.

Catalina dressing reminds me of my childhood. Actually, it reminds me of my sister Julie because it’s her favorite dressing. As it turns out, Julie shares the same love with my oldest daughter, Haileigh. Both blondes and blue-eyed and Catalina dressing lovers!
