  • 2 cups pineapple rolled
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Chow Mein Noodles
  • 2 cups tomatoes rolled
  • 1 Cup tangerines
  • 1 Cup paprika rolled
  • 1/2 Cup green onions rolled
  • 1/2 Cup coconut flakes

  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 2 cups Chicken boiled, shredded or diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Start by cooking the white rice according to package directions, then set aside and keep warm.

  • To prepare the creamy chicken sauce, melt the butter in a large skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat.

  • Once the butter has melted, stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
