- 7 oz (200g) Feta Cheese 1 block
- 1 Pound (450g) ripe tomatoes
- 1 small red onion about 2.5 ounces – 75 g
- 1 red pointed pepper about 3 oz-90g
- 1 long green chili pepper
- 1 tsp tsp dried oregano
- Chili Flakes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
