I’m a huge taco fan, and Tuesdays at my house are usually Taco Tuesdays. However, this week, I decided to switch up my salsa and make a fruit salsa with cinnamon chips. Not only is fruit salsa delicious with cinnamon tortilla chips, this tropical fruit salsa recipe is also my favorite summer salsa for my tacos.;
Regardless of the type of taco I enjoy making, different salsas change the entire dynamic of tacos. All of my favorite taco recipes have different base ingredients, yet I change the toppings and salsas interchangeably. That way, tacos are never boring.

My fruit salsa recipe is not only easy to make, it contains only fresh ingredients! Because fruits are plentiful and beautiful this time of year, I’ve chosen my favorite fruits with vibrant colors! Because I live in Arizona, fresh fruit is abundant year round. I am very lucky, but some fruits are less expensive and better in summer. For that reason, I recommend choosing fruits that are in season.
