A simple and delicious 4-ingredient snack: fruit salad balls

Perfect for lunch boxes, you can make them in about 5 minutes. Ready?

The recipe for fruit salad balls
This super easy recipe only requires 4 ingredients and is based on the popular Pineapple Balls recipe.
Ingredients for fruit salad balls
To make these (extremely more complicated) little balls, you’ll need:
- 250 grams Marie biscuits (or other simple, sweet biscuits)
- 410 grams canned fruit salad (in juice)
- 395 grams of condensed milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened) – 3/4 cup goes in the mixture and the rest is for rolling the balls.

Prepare fruit salad balls
Start by crushing biscuits into a fine crumb. Use a food processor or food processor, or simply place the cookies in a freezer bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Next, drain the fruit salad and discard (or drink!) the juice.
Combine the cookie crumbs, drained fruit salad, condensed milk, and 3/4 cup of the shredded coconut — the remaining cup and 1/4 of the coconut will be used to coat the balls.
Scoop out the mixture by the tablespoon and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the remaining coconut.
Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours so that the pineapple balls set.
Once set, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
