No Mayo Dressing: Originally, this recipe was prepared with tofu as follows: 300 g package of soft tofu, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2-3 tbsp Maple syrup or sweeten with stevia to taste, a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. Updated to Mayo-based dressing in July 2022.
Can be booked up to 24 hours in advance. Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
