  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 slices of preferred sandwich bread
  • 3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • ½ teaspoon salt & pepper
  • Ketchup to taste

HOW DO I MAKE TURKEY MEATLOAF?

In a large bowl, tear the sandwich bread into small pieces. Combine it with all the remaining ingredients. Don’t overwork the meat. Just mix until everything is combined.

Shape the meat into a loaf and place it in your meatloaf pan. Top up with desired amount of ketchup.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45-50 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with additional parsley if you like.
