What is ranch spice?
When I think of ranch, I immediately think of my childhood favorite -> Hidden Valley. But did you know you can make both homemade ranch seasoning and ranch dressing?! Obviously you are doing this…because you are here!
Ranch seasoning is made with buttermilk powder and dried spices such as parsley, dill, and chives. It’s flavorful, hearty, and quite addictive.

- dried dill

Where can I find dried buttermilk?
Dried buttermilk is available at most grocery stores. If you want to buy it online, we recommend the SACO Pantry brand.

What to do with homemade ranch seasoning?

Toss 1 pound of your favorite veggies with olive oil. Then season with about 1 tablespoon of homemade ranch seasoning. Below we share some roasted vegetable ideas that would be amazing with this mix!

Take a bath
