Easy Homemade Banana Jam (One Pot Recipe)

Homemade banana jam is a delicious way to use ripe bananas that is vegetarian, gluten-free and one-pot.

  • 4 banana super ripe
  • 1/2 the cup Organic cane sugar
  • 2 spoon coconut sugar
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 spoon the water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Add the banana and both sugars to a pot, cook until it becomes chunky and over low heat.

  • Add lemon juice and salt, stir for 10 minutes until well combined. The mixture should be thick and shiny.

  • Reduce the heat to low, stir in the vanilla paste and then remove from the heat and let the mixture cool.

  • Once cool, transfer to an airtight jar and store in the fridge.
