  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packaged light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinammon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups (12 ounces) half pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Whisk together granulated sugar, light brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger and salt. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites, water and vanilla extract until fluffy.
