These Easy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips are exactly what they say – SIMPLY.

  1. Slice zucchini.
  2. Dip in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Spray the air fryer with cooking spray and layer the zucchini chips in without overlapping.
  4. Cook at 350º for 10 minutes, then turn and brown for a further 2 minutes.
  5. Make the delicious sauce and dip the zucchini chips in it.
  6. Enjoy this healthy and quick snack!!

  • Cut the zucchini into 1/2-inch slices.

  • Beat the eggs in a small bowl.

  • Mix all other ingredients (except the dip ingredients) in a larger bowl.

  • Dip the zucchini slices in the egg mixture and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400º for 5 minutes. Turn the heat down to 350º. Spray the air fryer with cooking spray. Air fry the breaded zucchini for 10 minutes.

  • Turn the zucchini over and fry for another 2 minutes at 350º. You can also fry them longer if you like them more done.
