Companion to Food Technologyy EVERY Co. announces that it has relocated to a new state-of-the-art headquarters in Daly City, California. Located in the Genesis Station biotech hub, each says the move will further position the company for growth and leadership as it accelerates the global transition to animal-free protein.

According to each, the new 49,000-square-foot facility is an ideal environment to “build the proteins of tomorrow” and occupies the top floor with naming rights at GENESIS Station – a biotech hub in the Greater San Francisco area.
The company reports that each business need was carefully considered during design to accommodate the needs of onsite R&D, recipe and application development, product display and invitations. Purpose-built facilities include a 60% lab space/40% office space split, custom-designed food lab and expanded R&D fermentation capabilities.
The new offices provide more space for biotech business needs and a dedicated sensory testing space for in-house development of “next generation foods”.

Together, the company said these facilities will optimize critical product innovation and collaboration. At a time when companies across industries worldwide are contracting, everyone adds, this is doubling down on the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.

The opening of the new headquarters was celebrated during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 5, attended by co-founder and CEO Arturo Elizondo, along with every employee, Alt-Protein stakeholders, political representatives and more.
