Add coconut milk ice cubes to a blender along with frozen cauliflower, regular ice cubes, tahini, vanilla and maple syrup. Then add a thin dairy-free milk (we like almond) to mix it up.

Coconut milk ice cubes

  • 1 (14 oz.) can Full fat coconut milk (A thick, creamy brand is best // There will be ice cubes left over after this recipe*)

Whisk in the vanilla tahini

  • 2/3 the cup Dairy-free milk (white, unsweetened // we like nuts)
  • 1/2 the cup Frozen Cauliflower*
  • 1/2 the cup ice cube
  • 5 Standard-size (~2 tablespoons each) Coconut milk ice cubes
  • 3 table spoon tahini (Find our favorite brands here)
  • 3 table spoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
* For 2 servings of milkshake, you only need 1/3 ~ 1/3 of a 14-oz. (400-ml) can coconut milk. For other recipes that use coconut milk ice cubes, try our Creamy Vegan Strawberry Milkshake, Creamy Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie, or Vegan Jamocha Shake.
*Coconut Milk Ice Cubes: When we only use a partial can of coconut milk in a recipe, we freeze the rest in an ice cube tray for recipes like these!
